Each Brides Unique wedding accessory is made especially for you, due to the custom nature of our pieces sorry we do not offer returns or exchanges or refunds.

We offer online consultations to brides via phone and email for those seeking personalized, one-to-one styling advice for our designs.

I'm unsure if a piece will suit my dress, can I ask for advice?

If you have any questions or just want some guidance on what will compliment your dress best, please contact us directly at bridesunique@gmail.com, we will be happy to help.

I have ordered a cape what measurements should I provide?

If you have ordered one of our luxury capes, we usually ask for your shoulder measurements to ensure a perfect fit.
Please provide us with the following measurements:
Shoulder to shoulder
Base of neck circumference
Length

I need a piece quickly, do you offer a rush service?

Yes, we offer a rush service on selected designs. Depending on how quickly you need the piece, we may be able to accommodate you. Get in touch with us to discuss how soon you need it and what shipping options are available. A small service fee may apply to some orders.

How long until my purchase ships?

Each design is hand crafted in our studio in Orlando, Florida, so lead times vary and depend on the complexity of the piece. We recommend ordering sooner rather than later or course. If you are unsure about lead times or if your wedding is near and you need a rush service please contact us at bridesunique@gmail.com prior to purchase for further details.
